Hey, Hi! It's been a while.
Previously, I said that I was working on a new song. Now, it's finally out! It's called "Rio"!
This song tells a story of excitement and feeling the moment. I worked at a hostel near the beach and the thrill of the guests when they arrived in the city inspired me to write the song.
These past two months, since my last post, a lot of changes happened in my life.
Story about the picture above
It was shot last month, on December 2024. I grabbed my camera and went for a walk on a beach in Rio de Janeiro called Praia do Flamengo. It was my last week in city before I moved out to another area. I though it would be nice to remember.
I still live in the state of Rio de Janeiro, but not on the capital. Now, I live on a coastal region called Região dos Lagos.
Even though it's a short song, it took me a while to get sound I envisioned for, 'cause I'm a very detailed oriented person. The process was very try and error, testing the dynamic between the instruments, as this kind of sound is new to me. Until, for a moment, everything just felt right. I'm glad I could finish it and realease it today.
